Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. To Make Crust: Cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, pat mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes, let cool.

  4. In a medium bowl, cream together sugar and cheese, then fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust and sprinkle with walnuts. Beat pudding and milk in a medium bowl until thick, pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate, when ready to serve spread 1 cup whipped topping over top.
