Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Cut pumpkin into pieces and remove skin. Cut away seeds and fibrous tissue, discard. Rub oil onto pumpkin pieces, followed by brown sugar. Place onto a baking sheet.
