1 cup raw cashews
¾ cup light olive oil
½ cup evaporated cane juice crystals (raw sugar)
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons golden flax seeds
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2 cups homemade almond milk

Directions

  1. Combine water, cashews, olive oil, cane juice crystals, honey, flax seeds, and sea salt in a blender, blend on high until very smooth.

  2. Pour almond milk into a large glass jar or container with a lid. Add blended mixture. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled, about 2 hours.

  3. Shake well and pour into an ice cream maker. Churn according to manufacturer's instructions, about 25 minutes.
