½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, or to taste
12 slider rolls, halved
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste

Directions

  1. Stir together condensed soup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add pork roast and toss to cover with sauce.

  2. Cover and cook on Low until pork is fork tender and slightly pink in the center, 8 to 9 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Spoon off any fat and discard.

  3. Transfer pork to a cutting board and shred the meat with 2 forks. Return meat to the slow cooker and toss in sauce to coat, adding tomato sauce if it needs more sauce.

  4. Divide pork among slider rolls and serve with hot pepper sauce.
