Directions

  1. Pour water in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Place trivet inside the pot and then place eggs on top. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions, set timer for 3 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.

  2. Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions. Unlock and remove lid.

  3. Place eggs in a bowl full of ice water until easily handled. Remove from water.
