15 mini cinnamon swirl bagels, cubed, or more as needed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
6 large eggs
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup milk
½ cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, or to taste

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of an 11x13-inch baking dish with bagel cubes. Layer cream cheese cubes on top.

  2. Beat eggs, maple syrup, milk, half-and-half, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Pour over bread.

  3. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
