Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
¾ cup water
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning packet and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.

  2. Place ground beef mixture into a slow cooker. Add tomatoes and cheese to the slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 1 hour.

This recipe is VERY easy and VERY good!! It doesn't last long so you may want to double it if you are fixing it for a crowd. Serve with tortilla chips.
