Ingredients

3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 cups baby spinach leaves
⅓ cup slivered red onions
1 (6 ounce) container fresh raspberries
½ cup coarsely chopped and toasted California walnuts

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together preserves, oil, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
