8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, or as needed
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
¼ cup guacamole, or to taste
¼ cup sour cream, for topping
¼ cup taco sauce, or to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess butter and return to heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine, about 2 minutes more.

  2. Serve each tortilla topped with a few tablespoons of mushroom mixture, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, sour cream, and taco sauce.
