Directions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger together in a bowl, set dipping sauce aside.

  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add edamame and boil until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. Serve pods with the sauce for dipping.
