4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
¼ cup minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
⅓ cup plain yogurt
⅓ cup sour cream
1 cup diced English cucumber
¼ cup chopped fresh mint
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl, mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

A yummy dip that can be used instead of traditional guacamole or tzatziki. I made it for a family dinner and served it with nacho chips and veggie chips. It would be great with pitas or in a sandwich. Something a little different to add to your table.
