Directions

  1. Combine water, lentils, and salt in a saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir in balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until lentils are tender, about 20 minutes.

  2. Transfer lentils to a bowl. Add radishes, toss to combine.
