Directions

  1. Combine garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, paprika, cumin, and pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse until pureed. Slowly add reserved bean liquid until hummus is smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
