Sweet and Garlicky Korean Chicken Wings recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce
24 chicken drumettes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or as needed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. Mix first 9 ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

  3. Toss the chicken with vegetable oil and roast in the preheated oven until cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes. Turn oven up to 400 degrees F.

  4. Toss chicken liberally with the sauce. Return to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes. Serve hot, or allow to cool overnight.
