4 ice cubes
1 small banana
½ avocado, peeled and pitted
2 strawberries, hulled, or more to taste
1 cup carrot juice
1 (5.3 ounce) container banana cream yogurt (such as Oikos®)

Directions

  1. Grind oats in a blender into a powder-like consistency. Add ice cubes, pulse until ground. Add banana, avocado, and strawberries, blend until smooth. Pour in carrot juice and yogurt, blend until combined.
