Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking pan.

  2. Beat egg and 1/2 cup sugar together in a bowl. Mix in flour, vinegar, apricot jam, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add milk gradually, mixing well. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
