Directions

  1. Place pork chops, potatoes, sauerkraut, cranberries, carrot, root beer, and horseradish in a slow cooker, in that order. Cook on Low until pork chops are very tender, 6 to 8 hours.

This pork and sauerkraut recipe is super easy. My husband went crazy over this. He ended up having 2 man-sized servings! Serve with crusty bread (French or Italian will do) and horseradish or spicy brown mustard.
