Directions

  1. Place potatoes, chicken broth, green beans, ham, cream of chicken soup, onion, bacon, and pepper in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook until potatoes are tender, on High for 4 to 5 hours, or on Low for 7 to 8 hours. Add in the cream cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir until blended.
