Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package vegetarian ground beef crumbles (such as MorningStar Farms® Recipe Crumbles®)
2 (14 ounce) cans great Northern beans, rinsed and drained, divided
1 cup beef broth
1 cup medium salsa
1 cup frozen corn kernels
4 ounces jalapeno pepper Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

Directions

  1. Stir crumbles, 1 can great Northern beans, vegetable broth, salsa, and corn together in a large pot over low heat.

  2. Puree remaining can great Northern beans in a blender until smooth, stir with the mixture in the pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.

  3. Stir jalapeno pepper Cheddar cheese and Cheddar cheese into the chili, cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes more.

Recipe Note

This has Morning Star Farms® Meal Starters, salsa, corn, great Northern beans, and jalapeno pepper Cheddar cheese. Puree one of the can of beans to thicken. It is very tasty and a little spicy.
