1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula
1 small head endive, sliced
¼ cup coarsely chopped parsley
¼ cup coarsely chopped dill

Directions

  1. Place mesclun lettuce, baby spinach, baby arugula, endive, parsley, dill, and tarragon in a large bowl, fold gently to mix together.
