3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ lemon, juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

  2. Toss cauliflower florets in oil and place on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
