2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon ground paprika
1 (12 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
1 (8 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup grape tomatoes
½ cup toasted sliced almonds
¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Combine canola oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, onion, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, and paprika in a jar. Close and shake jar until dressing is well mixed.

  2. Place salad greens in a large bowl. Pour in half of the dressing, toss to mix. Arrange mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, and green onions on top.
