¼ cup crushed tomatoes with roasted garlic and olive oil (such as Furmano's®)
¼ cup chopped fresh spinach
¼ cup fresh chopped broccoli
¼ cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
¼ cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
¼ cup chopped eggplant
9 slices pepperoni, chopped
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread tomatoes onto crust. Layer spinach, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, eggplant, pepperoni, and oregano onto crust, top with mozzarella cheese.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.
