1 frozen ice pop (such as Otter Pops®)
1 cup ice cubes
½ lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon triple sec
salt to taste
¼ teaspoon agave nectar, or more to taste

Directions

  1. Squeeze ice pop into a blender. Add ice cubes, lemon juice, tequila, and triple sec. Process until slushy, or to your desired consistency. Sprinkle salt on top, add a few drops of agave nectar.

Recipe Note

This drink was created as a challenge. Nachos called for a margarita, but a last-minute store run did not seem practical. Using Otter Pops® makes a pretty cocktail. What's better, you can offer different flavors to your guests and have a colorful party! I made mine as a slush.
