Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix
1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese product, cubed

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef, cook 4 minutes or until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet.

  2. Stir onion and bell pepper into same skillet, cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans, tomatoes and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

  3. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add cheese, cook and stir 5 minutes longer or until beef is tender and cheese is melted.
