1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup apple cider
½ cup shredded coconut
⅓ cup water
4 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

  2. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt into a large bowl. Mix in brown sugar, white sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, chocolate chips, apple cider, shredded coconut, water, and eggs until well blended. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 55 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
