Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. Arrange bread cubes in a 2-quart baking dish. Stir pineapple, melted butter, sugar, and eggs into bread until well mixed. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

  3. Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 1 hour.
