3 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Slice zucchini with a vegetable peeler and place in a bowl.

  2. Mix oil, vinegar, honey, parsley, dill, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper together in another bowl.

  3. Cover zucchini with marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
