Directions

  1. Place cocoa and cinnamon into a medium pot. Add 1/4 cup hot water and whisk over medium heat until fully combined. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 minutes.

  2. Stir heavy cream into the mixture, followed by remaining water and sweetener. Continue to cook and stir over medium heat, making sure it does not boil, until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
