¾ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon all-purpose flour, or as needed

Directions

  1. Combine hot pepper sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and flour in a small saucepan over low heat, cook and stir, adding more flour if needed to thicken, until smooth, 5 to 10 minutes.

You'll love it! Better than any store-bought you can get. I've visited many bars in Buffalo, NY, and this recipe is just as good. This recipe does not address the wings themselves...since it really doesn't matter how you cook them (bake, fry, grill). Just put them in a bowl when they're cooked and drench them in this sauce!
