Ham Loaf with Ground Beef recipe

1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
2 cups whole wheat flake cereal
2 eggs
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
¼ cup vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground ham, pork and beef. Mix in wheat cereal, eggs, peanut butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf, and place in a roasting pan.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Baste frequently during cooking.
