Grandma's Shrimp Salad Sandwiches recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
¼ cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
8 slices white bread

Directions

  1. Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth, add ketchup and mustard and stir until smooth.

  2. Mix shrimp celery, onion, and garlic powder together in a separate bowl, add cream cheese mixture and mix to coat. Divide shrimp mixture between 4 bread slices and spread into an even layer, top with remaining bread slices.

My grandma made this for us when we were kids, and I loved it! It also works great as an appetizer on tea-sized sandwich bread.
