Ingredients

2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
⅛ teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon water, or more as needed
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (5 ounce) container
¼ cup minced onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided

Directions

  1. Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.

  2. Add remaining cream cheese, processed cheese spread, onion, and onion powder, mix until well combined. Mix in 1/2 cup walnuts until incorporated and shape into a ball.

  3. Spread plastic wrap on the counter and spread remaining walnuts over top. Roll cheese ball in nuts until completely covered, then place into a bowl to help it keep its shape. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours to overnight.
