1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
2 ripe strawberries
½ tablespoon agave nectar, or more to taste
3 ounces silver rum
¼ lime, juiced
¼ cup lime-flavored sparkling water (such as La Croix®), or as needed
1 cup ice, or as needed

Directions

  1. Place mint into the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle for 15 to 20 seconds. Add strawberries and muddle until juicy. Pour in rum, agave, and lime juice. Add ice and shake.

  2. Pour into a glass and add sparkling water. Stir together using a straw.
