1 pound individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a double boiler over simmering water, combine milk and caramels. Cook, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in chocolate until smooth. Stir in ice cream and vanilla until well blended. Remove from heat. Store in refrigerator.
