All Recipes Seafood Shellfish Shrimp

Ingredients

2 quarts water
1 ½ pinches salt
2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
4 red potatoes, quartered
1 sweet onion, cut into wedges
1 pound turkey kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 ears fresh corn, halved
1 pound frozen cooked large shrimp, thawed

Directions

  1. Combine water, seafood seasoning, and salt in a large pot, bring to a boil and stir potatoes and onion into water mixture. Cook at a boil until potatoes start to soften, about 8 minutes.

  2. Stir kielbasa pieces into potato mixture, continue boiling until sausage is hot, about 8 minutes more. Stir in corn halves, boil until tender, about 10 minutes.

  3. Mix shrimp into kielbasa mixture and cook until shrimp is heated through, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and drain before ladling into bowls.
