1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. Cut a slit into the chicken breast and stuff with onion, garlic, and basil.

  2. Fill a saucepan with water to just below the bottom of a steamer insert. Place chicken into the steamer, cover with sesame seeds, and gently drizzle with sesame oil. Bring water to a boil. Steam until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve hot.
