Easy Devils on Horseback with Blue Cheese recipe

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Stuff each date with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of blue cheese and wrap date with half a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick. Arrange on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.

Devils on horseback are one of my favorite finger foods when I am entertaining and, stuffed with blue cheese, they are simply the best. Make sure you don't cut the date all the way through when pitting.
