¾ fluid ounce simple syrup

Directions

  1. Place 1 cup ice in a collins glass. Set aside in the freezer.

  2. Combine pisco, Aperol, simple syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled Collins glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
