12 ounces frozen shelled edamame, thawed
2 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon chile powder with lime (such as Trader Joe's® Chile Lime Seasoning Blend)
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Toss edamame and garlic olive oil in a bowl to coat completely.

  3. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, chile lime seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Add to the edamame mixture and toss until well combined. Spread edamame in 1 layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until Parmesan cheese begins to brown, turning once halfway through, 10 to 15 minutes.
