1 Smithfield® Peppercorn & Garlic Seasoned Boneless Pork Sirloin Roast, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
2 ½ cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 ½ cups sliced carrots
1 ¼ cups milk
2 tablespoons margarine
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 large tomato, diced
2 green onions, finely chopped
12 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked

Directions

  1. Heat large skillet over high heat, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Saute pork with garlic until pork is browned. Add broccoli and carrots, saute until tender-crisp.

  2. Meanwhile, combine milk, margarine, pepper and Italian seasoning in small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until blended.

  3. Stir cooked pasta, tomato and green onions into pork mixture. Toss with cheese sauce before serving.
