Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup orange juice
1 (15 ounce) can red grapefruit, drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) jar mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl, stirring for about 3 minutes, mix cold water and orange juice into gelatin. Pour gelatin mixture into a glass serving dish. Stir red grapefruit and mandarin oranges into mixture and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

  2. Whisk topping and mayonnaise in a bowl until smoothly combined, serve gelatin salad with a spoonful of dressing over each portion.
