Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. Pour half the sauce into a slow cooker, top with ribs. Drizzle with remaining sauce.

  2. Cover and cook on Low until pork is tender, about 3 hours. Thicken cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
