1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
3 green onions, finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 (15 ounce) package flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, green onions, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, tightly roll up tortillas.

  2. Refrigerate rolls until firm, at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1-inch pieces.
