1 cup low-fat milk
½ cup frozen blueberries, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend ice in a blender until crumbly, add yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste smoothie and add desired amount of sugar, blend.
