⅓ cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), at room temperature
⅓ cup cocoa powder, sifted
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoons milk, or more as needed

Directions

  1. Beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and blend lightly. Mix in cocoa powder until well combined.

  2. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Add milk, mix to desired consistency.
