Apple Crisp with Truvia® Natural Sweetener recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, sliced
½ cup water
1 tablespoon Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable, plus
2 ¼ teaspoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Non-stick cooking spray
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable, plus
2 ¼ teaspoons Truvia® natural sweetener spoonable**
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted
1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Assemble all ingredients, Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Place apples in a large bowl, sprinkle with water, Truvia® natural sweetener, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg, toss to coat the fruit.

  3. Spray 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray, place apple mixture in dish.

  4. In a separate small bowl, combine oats, Truvia® natural sweetener, second flour and cinnamon, melted butter, brown sugar and salt, stir to form crumbly mixture.

  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples.

  6. Bake 35-40 minutes until apples are tender.
