Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, continue mixing until well blended.

  3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to sugar mixture, mix well. Stir in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared baking pan.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bars comes out clean, 25 to 28 minutes.

  5. Remove baking pan from the oven and let stand for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
