Directions

  1. Stir eggs, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion together in a bowl.

  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet, cook until eggs are set on the bottom, 2 to 3 minutes, flip and cook until eggs are set completely, about 1 minute more.
