Ingredients

3 ounces gelatin-free jel dessert mix
1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit medley salad
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin orange slices
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (14 ounce) can coconut cream
½ (10 ounce) package vegan mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Prepare gelatin-free jel dessert according to package directions and pour into a mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.

  2. Combine fruit medley salad, mandarin slices, maraschino cherries, walnuts, and coconut cream in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined.

  3. Remove gelatin-free dessert from refrigerator and cut into small cubes. Add cubes and marshmallows to the fruit salad mixture and mix until well combined. Refrigerate until serving.
